Aim and Scope

The main objective is to explain what types of organizations are there, to investigate and categorize income-oriented organizations as well as profit and non-profit organizations, and what they are. The main objective is to allow discussion of the studies on this subject.

In addition, one of the primary objectives is to provide content for the management of all categories of organizations.

To find answer for the question “What are the content-issues of management?”
In other words, it is the main objective to seek answers to questions on how to classify, group, and categorize issues for the management of all profit and non-profit organizations.

It is essential to answer all organizations, how to manage all types of organizations in a common context and what are the management issues.

Our main aim is to create the scope of the Congress with the contents of the book titled “Management of Organizations”.

When we talk about the management of organizations or management, it is our only goal to provide an understanding of the concepts of Management from the Conceptual-Theoretical Aspect, Management from Thematic Aspect, Management from Institutional Aspect and Management from Inter-Institutional Interaction-Transition Aspect and all other issues within these four categories umbrella.

Our congress aims to make efforts to take these four categories as the basis in the works of management books.

One advantage of such an approach is that when it comes to organization, all organizations in the world that are for profit or not-for-profits are to be understood. These organizations have different aspects, there are common aspects.

For example, the themes of management from thematic aspects are the same for all organizations.

Leadership, communication, career, motivation, management functions, titles, virtual organizations are common issues and interests of all organizations.

These issues are also management duties of managers in another aspect.

Of course, conceptual fundamentals and theoretical content are addressed to all organizations.

On the other hand, non-profit local administrations, NGOs, public administration, international organizations, political parties have characteristics and we describe these as “Management of Organizations” at Category III -Management from Institutional Aspect.

Management issues in the Congress of the management of organizations will be discussed in Conceptual-Theoretical Aspect, from Thematic Aspect, Institutional Aspect, and Management from Inter-Institutional Interaction-Transition Aspect as main categories.

Papers will be presented in this framework: Concept-Theory, Theme, Institution, Inter-Institutional Interaction.

We shorten and symbolize them as “4K of Management” in a way similar to 4P of marketing but with in Turkish.

Another benefit of such a view, content, convention theme is the interaction of inter-organizational interaction, principles, approaches.

Public Institutions can take the principles of profit-making organizations; Profit-making enterprises can also benefit from the principles of NGOs and the principles of public administration.

One purpose is to create debate in this context, and this is the fourth category of our Congress for papers.

The scope also appears in this context. For profit and non-profit purposes, in other words, all revenue-oriented organizations are covered.

Businesses, local administrations, public administration, public institutions, NGOs, international organizations, international enterprises, family businesses, organizations in the scope of the Congress on Management of Organizations.

Concepts-Theories are the first category, the first area of coverage.

Management issues that apply to all organizations are leadership, communication, functions, motivation, crisis, other coverage areas.

Likewise, profit and non-profit institutions are also covered.

Interaction and transition of inter-institutional management principles are also covered.
